This was the first time we have used a non-family member as a pet sitter. I was concerned about our “little old lady,” Cricket, (she is 18 years old and blind and deaf) adjusting to a stranger as her caregiver. She seemed to adjust well: no evidence of stress. She ate well and appeared relaxed when we got home a few days later. Caitlin came by the house 4 times a day (including late evening) to care for Cricket and give her some love (Cricket stumbles and has balance problems so we don’t push the exercise.)

Caitlin left us a ‘Daily Visit Report’ with a lot of detail! It was almost like being here! LOL

Cricket is occasionally incontinent so one of my concerns was finding a pet sitter who would not be squeamish about cleaning up after her. Caitlin’s background as a vet tech and her obvious love for animals were the convincing factors! I noticed Caitlin laid out pee-pads for Cricket. I never thought of that! I ordered my own pee-pads, now. Thanks for the idea, Caitlin.

I am totally satisfied with my first experience. I highly recommend Caitlin as your pet sitter.
