What type of animals do you care for?
Cait’s Creature Comfort currently offers pet sitting for a variety of animals, including: dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, rabbits, rodents, ferrets, exotics, pigs and chickens.

Will you meet my pets before the reservation?
Absolutely! Cait’s Creature Comfort requires a meet and greet with the owners and pets before any reservations may be booked. These meetings typically run 20-30 minutes. During this time, we will go over any special needs or requirements, as well as important contact or emergency information. Please provide a copy of your house key for your sitter during this initial meeting.

Will my pet sitter sleep at my home?
Overnight care is available on a first come- first served basis. While Cait’s Creature Comfort does not offer constant care or “live-in sitting,” where the sitter spends all day with your pet, we are able to provide 9-10 hours overnight with one or more visits throughout the day for love, exercise and play time.

What are your hours of service?
We provide Dog Walks daily from 10am to dusk. Pet Care Visits are available 7 days a week, from 8am-9pm. For Overnight Pet Sitting, your sitter will arrive between 10-11pm and stays for 9 to 10 hours. Due to the unpredictable nature of animals and traffic, exact times cannot be guaranteed. We aim to arrive within a 2 hour window of your preferred visit time.
